AMCON delivers effective QA/QC services throughout the construction process. Our four-fold approach includes:

• On-site Observations and Inspections
  AMCON monitors all construction activities on a daily basis. Guided by approved submittals and QA/QC checklists, our Engineers and Architects check for defects and deficiencies in the work.
• Construction Supervision
  AMCON provides experienced and field-oriented managers to supervise contractors on site. We speak the contractor's language and emphasize that we never compromise on quality. Our role as Project Manager is to ensure that the job gets done right the first time.
• Site Safety and Health Management
  AMCON believes that a safe and clean jobsite improves productivity and quality of work. Our architects and engineers are trained safety practitioners and ensure safe and healthy conditions through regular inspections, toolbox meetings, and by implementing AMCON's Site Safety and Health Management procedures.
• Independent Testing Services
  AMCON coordinates the services of independent testing laboratories and formal inspections by public agencies for in-place construction work.
